• Process incoming customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and responding to client inquiries
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of sales procedures and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Coordinate shipping logistics, prepare outgoing packages, and maintain accurate inventory and purchase order records
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed
