Description Industrial Air Power is seeking a self-motivated and results driven Inside Sales Specialist to join their team! This is an in-office role as part of a sales team, reporting to the General Manager. The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for helping existing customers with orders, overall customer satisfaction and general follow up. The Inside Sales Specialist may be assigned specific tasks or special projects as needed for the business. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inbound calls and emails Assist customers in determining product needs Build and maintain key account relationships Create quotes and follow up with customers Provide an exceptional customer service experience Accurate and timely processing of customer sales orders Effectively source and order products as necessary Collaborate in a team environment sharing learnings and best practices Requirements 3+ years of inside sales and customer service experience Experience working in compressed air or a similar industry College degree preferred E-commerce or B2B sales experience preferred Technical aptitude to learn, understand, and identify products Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Organized and detail oriented Ability to problem solve and make logical business decisions Intermediate or greater computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, basic troubleshooting, file maintenance/ organization, email etiquette and digital safety in day-to-day activities
