We specialize in selling high quality Sterling Silver and 14K Gold from Europe and Asia.
Our team is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist who will be responsible for generating and nurturing B2B sales opportunities, supporting wholesale customers, and ensuring a high level of service and follow-up. You will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue, building customer relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Proactively reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls, emails and other communication channels to generate leads and drive sales opportunities (including cold calls and follow-up with past customers.)
· Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing accurate product information and recommendations.
· Engage with wholesale customers in a consultative manner to understand their unique business and clientele in order to provide personalized recommendations for product selection.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and maintaining regular communication to drive repeat business.
· Process sales orders accurately and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and exceeding customers expectations.
· Utilize appropriate software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, track sales activities and follow up on leads and opportunities.
· Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, competitor offerings and market dynamics related to jewelry industry to identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, marketing, operations and customer service to address customer requests, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
· 2-3 years of experience in a B2B inside sales role (wholesale experience required, jewelry or similar industry experience preferred)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customer over the phone and email.
· Confidence in making outbound sales calls and emails and following up with prospects.
· Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
· Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
· Knowledge or passion for jewelry products is a plus.
