EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant field or equivalent college experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with inside sales experience preferred
  • Previous CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
  • This position is full-time based in Adairsville, GA.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Comfortable speaking directly to end users and dealers on the phone with some interactions being cold calls.
  • Knowledge and understanding of finance company processes
  • Organizational and planning skills with a focus on details.
  • A self-starter with customer service skills.
  • Ability to work 8+ hours per day in a plant/office setting. Must be able to navigate all areas of the building and facility as needed. May occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds in an office, customer or similar setting. Must be aware of surroundings.
  • Appropriately interact with others in stressful and busy situations.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Responsibilities
  • Management of incoming end user leads from submission through the handoff to a dealer. This process includes:
  • Contacting end users directly to qualify leads
  • Coordination with the dealer network
  • Regular follow-up with both end user and dealer to ensure lead nurturing
  • Full management and tracking of the lead within the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Develop target dealer lists when wholesale programs are released and communicate with dealers to explain and promote the programs. This includes:
  • Phone and email communication with dealers to drive sales
  • Close coordination with Regional Business Managers (RBM) to promote products
  • Management of activities within the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Assist in gathering market intelligence, specifically on our wholesale and retail sales programs. This includes:
  • Regular discussions with the field sales team (RBMs) and sales administrators to compile feedback on the programs
  • Assist in reporting on utilization of current sales programs
  • Assist in preparing monthly or quarterly retail and wholesale sales programs, and ensuring they are developed in a manner that is easily administered.
  • Following up with end users and resolving issues raised by the results of Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys either directly or organizing resolutions with the appropriate departments
  • Full understanding of all dealer-facing IT systems with the ability to support onboarding of new dealers with training on system usage & assisting current dealer users needing assistance.
  • Run regular audits of missing warranty registrations and follow-up with dealers to ensure product is properly registered.
