Description NOW HIRING AN INSIDE SALES SUPERVISOR FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY! Fairway is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Supervisor to lead our revenue-driven inside sales team at our Dallas, TX location. This role focuses on sales performance, team coaching, and driving conversion results. The ideal candidate has proven inside sales leadership experience, strong coaching ability, and a passion for developing high-performing sales teams. This position reports to the Call Center Manager. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching objection handling, improving close rates, and leading a revenue-focused inside sales team. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of 10–15 inside sales representatives, focusing on sales effectiveness and professional growth. Oversee daily inside sales operations including staffing, hiring, performance management, and coaching agents to drive conversion, close rate, and revenue. Monitor call volume, sales procedures, lead flow, and key performance metrics. Train and mentor staff on best-in-class sales processes, objection handling, lead conversion strategies, and outbound prospecting. Implement strategies to meet and exceed daily, monthly, and annual revenue targets. Build and maintain reporting systems to track sales performance and team productivity. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of supervisory experience in an inside sales or call center sales environment. Residential sales experience strongly preferred. Lawn care, irrigation, and/or pest control product knowledge is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Ability to analyze sales performance and drive continuous improvement. Availability to work some Saturdays and/or Sundays (Feb–June). Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Nice phone system, and business software. Why Join Our Team?
