Inside Sales Supervisor – Surrey, BC
Are you a customer-focused leader with strong sales experience and a hands-on approach to team success? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to join our Surrey branch and help drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
About the Role
The Inside Sales Supervisor supports and supervises the inside sales and counter team. You’ll work closely with customers and our outside sales staff to ensure orders, quotes, and product support are delivered efficiently and accurately. You’ll also coordinate day-to-day activities and assist with scheduling, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and support the Inside Sales/Counter team daily.
· Manage quotes, order entry, returns, and inventory coordination.
· Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
· Collaborate with the Assistant Branch Manager and Outside Sales team.
· Maintain showroom stock, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
· Recommend product solutions based on customer needs.
· Support cross-selling, up-selling, and promotions.
· Ensure timely order processing and communication with vendors.
· Help foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of inside sales or counter sales experience, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance setting.
· Proven leadership and people management skills.
· Strong customer service focus with conflict resolution abilities.
· Solid understanding of inventory control and logistics.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales/order management software.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
