Drive seamless sales and stellar customer experiences as the Inside Sales Support Coordinator on our Wireless B2B team!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Support Coordinator to join our Wireless Business-to-Business (B2B) team. This role is essential in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, client communications, and process coordination to ensure seamless sales operations and exceptional customer experience in the Wireless B2B sector.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; formal Business Administration or similar education preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or coordination role (wireless or telecom industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office 365 applications (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of iQMetrix is an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Detail oriented with a customer first mindset.
  • A valid Saskatchewan driver’s license is required.
  • Ability to relate to all levels of staff and maintain confidentiality is required.
  • Preference will be given to those with knowledge of wireless technologies, rate plans, B2B telecom solutions, and experience working with corporate and enterprise clients.
