Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, Inc. is actively seeking qualified professionals who: * Mine information to help sales staff be successful * Create estimates and quote letters for sales staff as needed * Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards * Determine needs and provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales * Perform sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process, using approved company presentation materials and methods * Educate potential customers on value * Refine communication skills and improve customer satisfaction processes. * Keep appointments with customers as scheduled * Participate in training as requested * Demonstrate learning-retention and field-level application of knowledge and skills attained from all trainings provided * Stay in contact with the office while in the field and work from the office when not in the field * Follow company procedures for generating referrals * Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, Sciences or related field required * Goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed * 2 or more years’ experience in the HVAC industry preferred but not required * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role preferred (Inside Sales/Account Executive/Product Management) * Experience with Marketing / Project Management / Sales / Customer Service * Excellent customer service skills * Strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills * Mechanically inclined * Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills * Strong understanding of the psychology of sales * Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills Physical Demands and Work Conditions: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
