We are looking for an Inside Sales Team Leader to work closely with our BDM’s and Existing Business Team and will be the go-to customer support expert for the products and solutions blue APACHE sell. This role can be based in our Melbourne or Sydney CBD office. Role Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to our customers and sales team Manage sales calls, provide product support including recommendations, orders status updates and manage order deliverables Managed deal registrations within your team, work with distributors and vendors on special pricing requests Demonstrate and maintain pipeline to support quarterly sales target Confidently articulate deals in pipeline against the competitive landscape. Lead and mentor sales support team, provide coaching, and foster a positive team culture. Drive process improvements and implement tools for sales and support efficiency. Deliver training and coaching to upskill team in sales processes and tools. Oversee quotes, order processing, and CRM management. Act as primary contact for sales teams and collaborate with other departments. Ensure sales and support documentation and processes meet company and legal Provide guidance and support to achieve team goals, including service levels, incremental selling and Customer Satisfaction goals are achieved Verifying the needs of the customer, use product knowledge to make recommendations to customers. Negotiate with vendors and distributors to attain special pricing requests Have a thorough understanding of, and leverage, vendor incentives and rebates programs within your specialisation. Work with Sales Admin Officers to generate quotes Post-sale, liaising with Purchasing team for any queries around procurement and provisioning of orders placed. 2-3 years’ previous experience in quoting and or customer experience in Technology or related industry Previous experience within Inside Sales is essential Ability to thrive in an environment where you are continually learning Strong background within an IT distributor and/or MSP environment blueAPACHE continues to grow alongside some of Australia’s leading midmarket businesses, our valued clients.
