The Sales Support Representative is assigned to one or more Executive, Senior Executive or Presidential Account Managers to assist in their day-to-day fulfillment of orders and resolving customer issues on assigned accounts, both new and existing. Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution. Responsibilities
