Job Title: Inside Sales Support Specialist  Job Code: 32462 Job Location: Carlsbad, CA (onsite) Job Schedule: 9/80 – Work 9 out of every 14 days (totaling 80 hours worked and have every other Friday off)     Job Description: L3Harris is seeking a Inside Sales Support Specialist to reestablish and centralize critical sales support functions for the Tactical Data Link (TDL) business. This role serves as the primary customer advocate and central point of contact for quote requests, CRM accuracy, and sales enablement activities. The position is essential to accelerating quote responsiveness, improving customer engagement, and supporting order growth across domestic customers. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end quote coordination for price-list–based products, maintain CRM data integrity, and support account managers by providing continuity while they are in the field. This role will be cross-trained to support international scope and will work closely with Sales, Program Management, Contracts, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely execution. Contributions in this role are crucial to meeting AOP objectives and delivering essential equipment to the warfighter.   Essential Functions: Serve as the primary customer interface for inbound quote requests and sales support inquiries Manage quote intake, scoping, configuration, and pricing for TDL price book items Ensure accurate tracking, prioritization, and documentation of requests within CRM Maintain data consistency across recurring, duplicate, and multi-sector quote requests Follow up on open and expired quotes to support opportunity conversion Identify and support upsell opportunities in coordination with Sales Provide backup customer support for account managers while they are in the field Act as a central point of contact for internal teams supporting TDL customers Support demo pool coordination, help desk activities, and audit documentation Develop and maintain working knowledge of TDL products, configurations, and applications     Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 0–3 years of related experience; OR in lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience     Preferred Additional Skills: Entry-level to early-career candidate interested in a customer-facing sales career path or a springboard into other exciting career paths  Engineering or technical background preferred Experience with CRM systems Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple requests with clear prioritization High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Contracts, PM, and Operations Self-motivated, organized, and accountable     In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $76,000 - $141,500.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
