We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Support professional to join our growing sales team. This role is instrumental inj supporting our sales operations, managing client relationships and helps drive revenue growth across the APAC region. You will work closely with our Sales, marketing and technical teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and support the growth of our innovative LIDAR mapping solutions. \n How your contribute Key Responsibilities Sales Support and Coordination The APAC Inside Sales Support (ISS) will supports the APAC Sales team throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure Manage and maintain our CRM database (Hubspot), ensuring accurate and up-to-date deal and client information. Assist in preparing sales quotes, proposals and contracts for our products Coordinate product demonstrations and client presentations with our technical teams Track sales metrics, pipeline activity and prepare regular sales reports. Client Relationship Management Serve as first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners across mining, infrastructure, and surveying sectors Provide product information and technical specifications to prospective customers Coordinate with client success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction Order Processing & Administration Process client orders, coordinate with logistics for product delivery Manage sales documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing support Handle client inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and product availability Coordinate with finance team for payment processing and account management Marketing & Lead Generation Support Assist in executing marketing campaigns and trade show participation Follow up on marketing-generated leads and campaign responses Maintain marketing databases and distribution lists Support content development for sales presentations and client communications How you'll suceed 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service role, preferably in B2B technology or industrial sectors Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (Hubspot experience preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated with a client-focused mindset Ability to understand client requirements and tailor technical solutions to meet their needs Desirable Experience Experience in the mining, infrastructure, surveying, or drone/robotics industries Knowledge of LiDAR technology, mapping, or geospatial solutions Experience with technical sales or selling complex B2B solutions Understanding of channel sales and distributor management Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company The added Perks Opportunity to work with cutting-edge autonomous mapping technology Collaborative, innovative work environment Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding global company Competitive salary and benefits package Access to LinkedIn Learning platform Employee Assistance Program.
