Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty. Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs. Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM. Assist in after-sales support and ensure timely follow-ups. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services. Support in achieving customer satisfaction and retention targets.
