RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:
Set and drive the sales strategy to grow revenue across the existing client portfolio.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and managing the intern process to build a strong, high-performing team.
Identify and execute on price increases, upsell opportunities, and targeted campaigns to increase sales.
Partner with Enterprise Solutions leadership to design and execute campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
Oversee the Enterprise Solutions renewal book, define the strategy for each renewal, and track performance.
Guide and coach the team on prospecting, cold calling, and closing tactics.
Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to identify new initiatives and long-term growth opportunities within the client base.
