YOU WILL VIBE WITH US We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Telesales Teamleader Merchants to join our team. As the Telesales Teamleader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team dedicated to affiliating new merchants through effective telesales strategies. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by expanding our affiliate network base and increasing sales. He/she will be in charge of: Team Leadership and Performance Management: Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Telesales representatives. Set clear performance targets, monitor individual and team progress, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge. New Merchant Affiliation Strategy: Develop and execute an effective Telesales strategy to affiliate new merchants. Identify and evaluate potential target markets and segments. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotions, and scripts to generate and convert leads into affiliated merchants. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust the strategy accordingly. Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and conversion rates to evaluate the team's performance and identify improvement areas. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue projections. Merchant Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a smooth transition of merchants from leads to affiliated merchant. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in Telesales and customer affiliation. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in Telesales management, preferably in a B2B environment. Proven success in leading and managing a team of Telesales representatives. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret data & make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Languages required: highly proficient in Dutch and French + a solid foundation in English.
