The Team Leader is responsible for managing Inside Sales team to execute on a sales strategy to meet/exceed sales quota for a given territory through setting business goals and managing the performance of Individual Contributors. Team Leader is also responsible for career planning and development of team members. What you'll do Hiring and onboarding of new team members Executing on a sales strategy to meet/exceed regional and team revenue targets, setting role-based targets, conducting performance management and ensure that the team meets their roles- based KPI’s; Ensure that the sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goals; Collaborating with Segment Leaders on territory planning and execution.
