Qashier is looking for an amazing Inside Sales to support our growth! We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology. In this role youll handle incoming and outcoming calls or emails to present our products and services, helping new and existing customers find the right solution for their business. Responsibilities: Own leads until meetings are successfully held (hybrid inbound + outbound) Respond quickly to merchant inquiries and qualify leads from multiple contact channels in a timely and accurate manner. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Prospect and generate new opportunities Conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior prospect experience that represents the Qashier brand values. Utilize, update and maintain the integrity of information in Qashiers CRM system Maximize and leverage phone time, including pre-call planning, and adhere to activity metrics. Collaborate with BDs, marketing & other teams. Qualifications 1–3 yrs B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or POS/payments experience Startup, retail, or F&B experience a plus Coachable, driven, energetic, results-oriented Strong interpersonal & bilingual communication skills Ready to take the leap and make an impact in the exciting world of FinTech?
