As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by helping medical specialists enhance their digital presence and attract new patients. We are looking for a persistent person with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong results-driven mindset. 🖥️ What will your role be like? Proactively contact medical specialists to present our digital solutions. Generate new business opportunities through consultative prospecting and commercial follow-up using our CRM. Identify client needs and coordinate meetings for the Account Management team. Manage your sales pipeline in an organized way, ensuring quality follow-up and an excellent customer experience. Collaborate with the sales team to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to business growth. 📌 What are we looking for in you? A person with a commercial mindset, energy, and motivation to achieve goals. Excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to build trust. Native or Proficient Level of English A proactive and organized profile, used to managing commercial activity autonomously and with a strong focus on results. Previous experience in sales or commercial prospecting, ideally within B2B or digital environments. Familiarity with CRM tools and dynamic, metrics-driven work environments. A curious person eager to learn, grow professionally, and develop within an international environment. Availability to work in a hybrid model in Barcelona. Possession of a valid DNI/NIE and Spanish Social Security number.
