Description

Unox, a market leader in the production of high level ovens, certified as one of the 100 best companies to work for in Europe , is looking for an Inside Sales Employee to join the Unox team in Cadoneghe (PD).
An inside sales will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition objectives.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, following up with new customers, building long-lasting relationships
  • Evaluates competitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends, identifying sales opportunities​
  • Offers personalized support and tailor-made services for the customer as a complement to the external sales force​
  • Analyzes the needs of different leads/prospects and provides them with information and, if necessary, solutions​
  • Leads all efforts aimed at ensuring the continuation of the relationship with the customer, supporting the external sales force in customer loyalty efforts​
  • Defines the priority between the various leads/prospects in synergy with the shared commercial strategy​
  • Coordinates ongoing project management activities to support the external sales force​
  • Supports strategies to generate recurring revenue​
  • Supports customers and resellers in drafting quotations​
  • Manages accounts by answering phone and/or email inquiries updating all information and generating follow-ups​
  • Develops accounts by checking the customer’s purchase history, suggesting related items and updating them on new products​
  • Standardizes Inside Sales processes by suggesting continuous improvements​
  • Contributes to the success of UNOX and the generation of new sales opportunities
