Responsibilities: Satisfy customers' needs in a timely manner Main point of contact for designated accounts Offer product solutions for customers using your technical expertise Promote value added services to customers Process customer quotes, orders and returns Go through a comprehensive training program to learn our products & services Expedite orders to satisfy customer timelines Other inside sales related tasks Do more than just enter orders and field complaints - be an asset to the entire team! Education and Experience: 1+ years inside sales experience Experience with power transmission products or industrial sales preferred, but we will train the right candidate Knowledge of Prophet21 (P21) ERP system a plus.
