SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in sales and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The Junior Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts and helping to drive revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma and GED.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

  • Auto-parts, automobile/mechanical industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries and provide information about our products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system with customer information and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet targets.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing sales education.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Updating daily inventory feeds
  • Support ongoing management of new and existing EDI partners portals. Fill out the required information in a timely manner
  • Assist customers, both accounts and end users, when they call the company needing information such as tracking, sales, or pricing.
  • Support Sales team projects and initiatives with internal and external partners as needed. Outbound sales or check-in calls required to existing accounts only.
  • Assist Customer Service in answering incoming calls
