Your task

• You will support our existing customers in the sales administration department, process inquiries and develop suitable IT solutions together with the field sales force.
• You independently create offers and orders, accompany the entire offer process and ensure smooth processing until successful completion.
• You will support the management of customer projects related to IT infrastructure, Software-as-a-Service and Managed IT solutions, and coordinate the collaboration with the relevant departments.
• You will maintain customer and order data in our CRM/ERP system and ensure careful and up-to-date documentation.
• You will work closely with our field service, technical departments and other internal specialist departments, acting as an important interface between customers, sales and internal organization. 

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training and ideally already have initial professional experience in sales administration, inside sales or a comparable position.
• You have strong communication skills, are customer-oriented, and enjoy direct customer contact, advising customers, and developing suitable solutions and offers.
• You work reliably, in a structured and careful manner, and you maintain an overview even with multiple customer inquiries, offers and orders.
• You have a good understanding of business administration and economics, think in a sales-oriented way and enjoy actively developing customer relationships.
• You have an affinity for IT and modern technologies and are interested in learning about new products, solutions and technical topics.
• You enjoy working in a team, communicate confidently with customers, colleagues and partners, and are characterized by an independent and solution-oriented work style.
