We are seeking an Insight Manager to lead a high‑performing team within our Collections & Recoveries MI function, where insight genuinely shapes decisions and drives outcomes. This is an opportunity to turn complex data into compelling stories, identifying trends, uncovering opportunities, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations that directly influence strategy and business performance. You will take ownership of planning and prioritising team workloads to meet evolving customer and business needs, while championing a robust control environment that ensures insight is accurate, trusted, and consistently high quality.
