What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga You’ll thrive on uncovering insights from complex datasets and transforming them into compelling stories that drive strategy and performance. In this role, you will: Partner with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and business hypotheses Deliver impactful reports and visualisations that make data accessible and actionable Lead end-to-end analytical projects from scoping to delivery Champion operational excellence through automation and process improvement Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and consistency Support the organisation’s transition to becoming an Insights-Driven Organisation You will bring clarity and confidence to our decision-making by translating complex data into practical business insights. About You | Mōu To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Analyst or in a relevant position with a focus on understanding business hypotheses, delivering insights, and driving change A relevant tertiary qualification in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline You will also demonstrate: Strong data storytelling and visualisation capability Advanced skills in data manipulation, modelling, and analysis Experience working with tools such as Tableau Cloud and AWS Snowflake The ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Your expertise in data modelling and design will help shape how we communicate and manage our data assets, while your commitment to best practice and continuous improvement will keep us ahead of the curve.
