What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga You’ll thrive on uncovering insights from complex datasets and transforming them into compelling stories that drive strategy and performance. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver impactful reports and visualisations that make data accessible and actionable. You’ll lead end-to-end analytical projects, champion operational excellence through automation and process improvement, and collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and consistency across the organisation – you’ll bring clarity and confidence to our decision-making. About You | Mōu You bring a rare blend of analytical brilliance and business acumen— you turn numbers into narratives and insights into impact. You’ll be a confident communicator with a knack for data storytelling and visualisation, able to translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable business value. Your technical expertise will span data manipulation, modelling, and analysis, and you’ll be comfortable working with tools like Tableau Cloud and AWS Snowflake. You’ll thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines with precision, and collaborate seamlessly across teams. Your expertise in data modelling and design will help shape how we communicate and manage our data assets, while your commitment to best practices and continuous improvement will keep us ahead of the curve.
