Experience: At least two years in a high-performing analytics team, preferably with exposure to the finance or mortgage industry.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, or a quantitative discipline.
Technical Skills: Strong experience in SQL and proven experience with Cloud-based Technologies and Databases (GCP experience is advantageous). DBT experience is advantageous, as is experience with Tableau or other business intelligence platforms.
Analytical Mindset: Curious and outcome-driven, with a knack for getting to the crux of a problem. Skilled at uncovering core business needs, defining clear metrics for success, and understanding end-user workflows to build data products that drive real adoption.
Communication: Confidence in working with stakeholders to gather requirements and present data solutions clearly
