ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Insight Analyst, you will play a critical role in analysing retail data to provide actionable insights into pricing strategies, profit margins, and customer behaviour. This position offers a strong balance of technical analysis and commercial influence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyse large datasets using BigQuery and SQL to identify trends in customer behaviour, pricing, and profitability.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and evaluate customer pricing experiments.
• Work with data layers and Google Tags to improve tracking and data quality.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Power BI (preferred but not essential).
• Communicate key insights to senior stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.
