As we continue to push the boundaries of digital leadership, our Commercial Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming data into strategies that drive business performance.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Analytics, you will work on diverse projects across departments such as Customer Operations, Responsible Gambling, Marketing, Product, Media, and Risk & Trading. Your contributions will help us achieve greater efficiency, identify new opportunities, and find innovative solutions to business challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Analyse data to generate meaningful, actionable insights that support decision-making and drive business performance.
  • Provide strategic insights that influence key business decisions, ensuring the right data is presented at the right time.
  • Present complex analysis in a clear and engaging way, creating ‘data stories’ that excite and motivate stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end analytical projects, focusing on customer-based insights to guide business strategies.
  • Develop and refine metrics, tools, and reporting systems to provide actionable, strategic insights across the organisation.
