As DE & WE Non-Anchor Insights & Analytics Lead, you will lead the insights agenda for Germany and act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Revenue Growth Management, and Category teams.
You will be responsible for connecting shopper, consumer, market, and business performance insights to identify growth opportunities, shape strategic priorities, and influence business decisions across the organization. Acting as the central link between Consumer Insights, Shopper Insights, and Business Analytics teams, you will ensure a holistic view of consumers, shoppers, customers, and business performance.
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive consumer centricity, improve marketing and innovation effectiveness, and help shape both short-term business priorities and long-term growth strategies. While the position has a West Europe scope, the primary focus will be Germany, representing approximately 90% of the role.
Responsibilities
Lead on-going Business Performance as input for Business Unit (BU) processes:
Set and lead analytics and insights agenda: to track performance & business drivers across macro trends, category dynamics, business, and brand health, owning and delivering impactful monthly reports, quarterly & annual business reviews, including utilizing the PepsiCo global tools & scorecards.
Category/Share Forecasting: Responsible for the Annual & Quarterly Category and Share of Market Forecasting GCC and Global methods
Competitor Intelligence: Responsible for analyzing the Competitors moves and securing the understanding and anticipation of potential impacts/actions for our Categories and Brands.
Innovation Performance: Innovation is a critical growth driver for PepsiCo, this role is responsible for ensuring the right tracking/monitoring of PEP’s Innovation initiatives and provide recommendations based on the findings.
West Europe cross-country data requests & insights: whenever cross-country data compilations are required, based on locally available data sources.
Channel & Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Execution Insights :
Work in partnership with Demand Acceleration (DX) & RGM teams to ensure insights fuel into the organization from strategy to shelf, leveraging and connecting foundational insights that feed the sales process as a input for Perfect Store, Category management and feedback Shopper/execution and activation insights to influence brand and Innovation Strategies.
Customer Execution Vision: This role Leads and Fuels insights that Identify Customer Growth opportunities and converts them into Sales Opportunities
Shopper Insights: Leads the development, implementation and embedding of Shopper Insights Programs and KPI’s Reporting
RGM Insights: Support the RGM agenda leveraging Global programs (including OBPPA, PPA Optimization, Perceived Value)
Lead Foundational Insights to Inform Customer Category Vision:
The person is expected to champion building a holistic understanding of the category growth opportunity ensuring the BU can meet its growth ambition and then track success on these initiatives. This person needs to exhibit a commercial mindset by spotting solutions that are beyond marketing expertise and into commercial opportunities (channel, pack/price and customer).
Customer Category Vision: Will work in close partnership with Global to adopt the PEP Category Vision approach leveraging Foundational Insights and working with external partners. Should work on landing for both Bevs and Snacks.
Growth Navigator (GN) Assessment: Responsible for the Insights creation of the PepsiCo BU leading/participating in Growth Navigator (PepsiCo Assessment tool) workshops and processes. This role will be responsible to Champion the Growth Navigator cross-functional deployment and lead the change in mindset for the organization.
Human Empathy :
Champion and Lead the deployment of Human Empathy in the BU, ensuring the consumer needs are always at the center of the decision making processes.
