You will be responsible for ensuring that the LFC Foundation can demonstrate the impact of its work to a wide range of stakeholders including staff, trustees, funders and the communities in which the Foundation operates.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience managing evaluation and research projects and extensive knowledge of using data systems such as Salesforce and Power Bi. You will be passionate and knowledgeable about different approaches and methods to obtain both quantitative and qualitative data.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data collection, analysis, and reporting skills, with the ability to tailor insights for diverse audiences. You will be proficient in maintaining monitoring systems and databases, ensuring high standards through regular audits. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, along with a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in evaluating data and impact measurement. You should bring advanced computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SPSS. A solid understanding of data management and reporting terminology is key, as is the ability to present findings in clear, compelling formats. Project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement, safeguarding awareness, and a willingness to travel across sites are also required. An enhanced DBS check will be necessary for this role.

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal departments and external networks, ensuring stakeholder engagement and sector alignment.
  • Line manage team members and support student placements and research projects.
  • Uphold safeguarding and ethical standards across all research and data activities, ensuring inclusive and accessible reporting.
