The role: Crown Resorts is seeking an Insights Coordinator to join us in Crown Melbourne. This newly created role will see you playing a key support role in the delivery of research and insights projects across our Sydney, Melbourne and Perth properties, whilst also helping to set up new processes and ways of working. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing and dynamic environments and enjoys collaborating across multiple projects and teams to problem solve and deliver results. Experience with data analysis tools (-SPSS or Q Research Software) and survey platforms (similar to Qualtrics) is essential. If you have experience in coordinating data collection, managing survey logistics, ensuring data integrity, and assisting with analysis and reporting that inform strategic decision-making – we’d love to hear from you! You’ll be: Coordinating brand health tracking studies across all properties, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Overseeing advertising effectiveness tracking, including campaign performance measurement, post-campaign analysis, and recommendations to optimise future activity Monitoring competitor activity and market trends, providing intelligence and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions Providing regular insights reports to key stakeholders, highlighting trends, opportunities, and strategic implications Supporting the development and refinement of tracking methodologies to improve accuracy, relevance, and business impact Working closely with internal stakeholders and external research partners to deliver actionable insights that enhance customer experience and business performance Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure insights align with campaign objectives and broader brand strategies You’ll bring: At least 2+ years insights experience in a similar internal or agency-based role An analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data, statistics and identify trends Strong organisational and project coordination skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, without compromising on quality Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data visualisation tools experience Demonstrated experience working with marketing, data & analytics teams, as well as external research agencies and partners On offer to you: Opportunity to be part of a high performing team within an iconic hospitality brand Complimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant + discounts at various F&B venues on property Generous accommodation discounts across Crown Resorts in Sydney, Melbourne & Perth Take part and be rewarded in Crown’s group-wide recognition and awards program Opportunity to contribute to Crown’s community, diversity & inclusion committees Access to discounts across health & wellbeing, novated leasing options & more Applications close Sunday 5 April 2026.
