Job Description: You will work closely with our Insights and B2B Marketing team to drive and support research initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Support end to end market research projects. Recruit and coordinate research respondents. Collect and analyse primary (qualitative and quantitative) as well as secondary data. Work closely together with the Community team and the on-ground partners to ensure deliverables. Assist in the creation of research reports and presentations Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus Proactive, positive and passionate about market research. Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research design. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good conduct of English (oral and written) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fresh graduates are encouraged; 1-2 years’ experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in economics, management, psychology, or related studies Available to work a 1-to-3-month internship. Ready to work in a hybrid role; Monday and Friday (WFA); Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (WFO) at Menara Sentraya, Blok M, South Jakarta.
Responsibilities
