What You Will Do as a Key member of our Team:

As an Insights Manager at Behaviorally, imagine yourself:

• Work collaboratively with clients to proactively address needs and answer business questions
• Oversee quantitative marketing research studies from start to finish
• Craft compelling stories, translating data into outcomes that help marketers improve shopper and consumer experiences
• Present research outcomes to clients
• Help build client relationships
• Managing and mentoring Research Managers

Desired skills and experience:
To qualify and succeed, in the challenging but rewarding world we do business in, you will need:

• 5+ years of market research experience and/or a graduate degree in marketing research, consumer behavior, or related field • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences or related field • Ability to manage multiple projects

• 2+ years of experience training and mentoring Insights Associates and Analysts

• Proven experience consulting and interfacing with clients • A flair for building and nurturing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to think creatively and strategically

• Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams
• Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity
