Description

WHO WE ARE

The Good Influence is an award winning social-first creative agency, influencing the world for good through content, community, creativity & conversion.
We power disruptor brands to accelerate their growth and bring purpose into the mainstream. Whether it’s launching Wild & Weleda on TikTok, supporting life-saving tech such as R;pple or biohacking with Willpowders, we are here to harness the power of social: developing creative & engaging content, building vibrant communities, activating the right influencer partnerships and powering conversion & awareness through paid.
Good Influence is in our name, but also in our nature. We exist to build brands and communities but also to give back; we donate 1% of our revenue to 1% for the Planet, supporting The Felix Project as well as being a climate positive business.
We’re just over three years old, but as an ambitious and growing team (100% growth YoY) and business (300% growth YoY), we bring together exceptional client service and experience to achieve influence at the scale of a big agency, with the passion of a boutique.

Responsibilities

As an Insights Planner, you’ll work closely with our creative, strategy, and account teams, providing robust data-driven insights to inform social media strategies and campaign planning. Your role will involve harnessing tools like Pulsar, GWI, and Sprout Social to analyze audience behaviours, social conversations, and performance metrics.
Our clients are largely in the Beauty, Health & Wellness space so an interest or experience in this area is a plus!

If you’re passionate about how the consumer path to purchase is evolving and want to make a real impact with the work you do, building your career in a fast growing, purpose-driven start up environment working with some incredible brand & charity partners, then this is the role for you!

  • Insights Development: Analyse audience data, trends, and social conversations using tools such as Pulsar, GWI, Sprout Social, Captiv8, Google Analytics, Tracksuit, Triple Whale and more, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Strategy Support: Collaborate with our strategists to craft data-backed social media plans and campaign approaches.
  • Trend Spotting: Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and opportunities for brands to engage with their audiences.
  • Reporting: Create clear, compelling reports that translate data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse social media campaign performance, providing optimisation recommendations. Understand client KPIs (awareness to conversion) and how we can optimise the work we do through insights to exceed their expectations.
  • Client Collaboration: Present insights to clients in a clear, engaging way to guide strategic decision-making.
