We're looking for someone with either experience or a strong interest in marketing and market intelligence, who’s eager to grow and develop in this field. You’ll join a highly skilled, diverse team and get to work with a variety of clients — including Cofidis, Camber, Ixina, Eggo, NALO, and more. What will you do? Project Management Understand and translate client briefings into actionable research projects Create or adapt questionnaires tailored to client needs Coordinate with external partners (e.g., iVOX, Dynata) for survey programming Monitor fieldwork progress, check quotas, and ensure data quality Analyze survey results and create compelling presentations Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and internal experts to enhance storytelling and strategic insights Present findings and recommendations directly to clients Data Management Extract and manipulate data from multiple platforms (e.g., Nielsen AdIntel, Arianna, Adware, Radio Reporter, Galileo...) Analyze, interpret, and present insights from media and performance data Develop reports in Excel and PowerPoint based on internal and client briefings Support internal teams by providing actionable insights and explanations Conduct performance tracking and KPI analysis Contribute to data collection processes and advanced data mining efforts Tooling & Media Analysis Understand and use internal tools like the Connection Panel and Interact Generate GRPs per media type (TV, Radio, Press, Digital...) using market tools and macros Select relevant touchpoints and model awareness curves or other KPIs Analyze models and integrate them into broader performance or brand tracking studies If needed, help build media reach curves and coverage guides alongside colleagues Econometric Modelling Collect and prepare client data for econometric modelling analysis Act as liaison between clients and internal modelling experts Organize meetings, follow-ups, and ensure smooth project execution Who are we looking for? A proactive, hands-on professional who: Thinks critically, proposes ideas, and takes initiative Thrives on solving problems and delivering high-quality work Communicates effectively under pressure and adapts to different personalities Has strong written and spoken language skills: Native Dutch and fluent in French and/or English Brings relevant experience in market intelligence or related fields Is highly numerate and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Has knowledge of SPSS, AIR, or other analytics software (a plus, not a must) Works discreetly with confidential data Is a true team player with a results-driven mindset Why join us?
