We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Specialist to join our Sales Team. As a Data Specialist, you will be responsible for creating the data architecture that supports the reports required by our Sales Team, as well as maintaining and developing those reports. Your primary objective will be to coordinate all sales data and provide the necessary support to the sales team by developing and delivering standard reports, tools, and information, at the right time, to ensure that the best decisions are made by the board and field.

• Develop and maintain the data architecture that supports the sales team’s reports and analysis requirements.
• Guarantee the sales data integrity between Distributors and Red Bull giving all assistance (training, technical support) to adapt their systems to attend our BI file processes, uploading trade sales information.
• Create and manage standard reports and tools that deliver actionable insights to the sales team.
• Work with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in data analysis and reporting. Development upgrades, new DP’s implementation, interface with other systems and interface with the Headquarter to fix issues.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that data quality and accuracy are maintained
• Train national and regional users on the sales reports and sales tool, as well as identify knowledge gaps.
• Provide support to the sales team in their use of data tools and analysis, ensuring they have the right information at the right time to make effective decisions.
