We’re looking for an Insights Strategist to join our Strategy team in Amsterdam. You’ll play a key role in uncovering insights that drive creative and strategic decisions for leading global brands. Your mission is to help us deeply understand people, their behaviors, motivations, cultural context, and how they interact with brands, through both cultural exploration and data-driven analysis.
You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, research, and data. You will translate behavioral patterns, social signals, and large datasets into strategic direction. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, and clients, taking research from brief to insight to impact.

WHAT WE NEED

  • 3–5 years of experience in consumer research, strategy, or data-led insights on agency or client-side.
  • A hybrid thinker: equally comfortable exploring cultural meaning and digging into data.
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms.
  • Basic Python proficiency. Especially for data cleaning, trend mapping, or analysis.
  • Experience designing and analyzing surveys with platforms like Typeform, Qualtrics, or Google Forms.
  • Confident communicator and storyteller: able to translate data into compelling narratives.
  • Culturally curious and tuned into emerging behaviors, platforms, and communities.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI tools, NLP, or working alongside data scientists is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support qualitative and quantitative research projects: from desk research to social listening, surveys, and trend analysis.
  • Translate data and cultural signals into clear insights and strategic implications.
  • Develop consumer profiles, journeys, and segmentation models informed by both human insight and data analysis.
  • Create and run surveys and data experiments, and interpret findings using digital tools and light scripting when needed.
  • Use platforms like Brandwatch, Tableau, and Google Analytics, and basic Python (e.g., pandas, data wrangling) to uncover audience and category insights.
  • Collaborate with creatives and strategists to embed insights into concepts, campaigns, and platforms.
  • Share POVs on trends, culture, and audience behaviors, and how they impact the way brands should act.
  • Help advance the team’s research stack by testing new tools and data methodologies, including AI-augmented approaches.
