We have an exciting opportunity in the Rugby area to join one of our Insite teams who are based on site with one of our customers. We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic person to support the team and customer in a store person role. Attention to detail, passion and drive are key whilst also ensuring good customer care working practices are maintained to exceed the customer’s expectations whenever possible.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self driven and motivated to see each assigned task through to the end.
  • Worked in a similar role and able to demonstrate transferable skills.
  • Basic computer skills (can be developed within the role)
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Stock Management for both the team and the customer, booking in of goods and stock checks
  • Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
  • Goods issues managing all parts that leave the stores to manage stock level accuracy
  • Supporting the engineers and site personnel with any enquiries
  • Responsible for site safety and 5s which is all part of continuous improvement and general housekeeping
  • Support and assist the team on site projects driven by the customer and procurement team
