Position to fill: FPI Inspector (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection)
We are currently looking for trainees, as well as candidates at Level 1 and Level 2.

Trainee

• Actively participate in the FPI training program within the required timeframe
• Gain experience under the direct supervision of a Level 2 or 3 inspector
• Perform certain tasks under supervision, with approval from the responsible Level 3

Level 1

• Follow work instructions and carry out inspections according to established standards
• Process parts, document results, and prepare equipment
• Perform necessary pre- and post-inspection part preparations
• Conduct system performance checks in line with applicable standards
• Have adequate knowledge of cleaning products and respect required processing times
• Work under the supervision of a certified Level 2 or Level 3 inspector

Level 2

• Set up and calibrate equipment, process, interpret, and evaluate parts
• Document inspection results and validate acceptance or rejection
• Fully understand the scope and limitations of the FPI method
• Perform system performance checks according to process standards
• Provide guidance and supervision to trainees and Level 1 inspectors
• Be familiar with codes, standards, and contractual documents related to the method
• Have basic knowledge of relevant manufacturing and inspection technology
