REQUIREMENTS:

• DEP in aeronautics or related field
• 1-3 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge of metrology and trigonometry
• Ability to read and interpret drawings

EXPERIENCE:

• Quality inspection: 1 year (Desirable)

The inspector is responsible for:

• Read and interpret blueprints (drawings, routings, SPRAT, MEPI etc.) to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Determine the steps, methods, tools and equipment to be used to complete the work.
• Verify the conformity of manufacturing steps and procedures according to production planning, and raise the issue if there is a deviation.
• Verify product conformity according to customer requirements and raise any issues if there are any deviations.
• Complete all job-related documents and reports. Participate in problem solving and implementation.
• Dispatch parts and roadmap to next operation.
• Verify tooling conformity using measuring instruments and raise the issue if there is a discrepancy.
