Nous recherchons un(e) Inspecteur(trice) Réception Qualité autonome et expérimenté(e), pour intervenir sur le site de notre client basé à La Pocatière, QC dans le cadre d’un contrat freelance de 6 mois (renouvelable).
Ce poste nécessite une personne opérationnelle dès le premier jour : aucune formation sur place ne sera assurée. Le/la candidat(e) doit donc avoir une expérience significative dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans un environnement industriel structuré et/ou dans le domaine ferroviaire.

    We are seeking an independent and experienced Incoming Inspector Support service to work at our client’s site in La Pocatière, QC, on a 6-month freelance contract (renewable).
    This position requires someone who can hit the ground running from day one: no on-site training will be provided. The candidate must therefore have significant experience in a similar role, ideally in a structured industrial environment and/or in the railway sector.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Reading and understanding 2D and 3D plans.
  • Knowledge of special processes: gluing, painting, welding, crimping, riveting, torque tightening.
  • Proficiency in measuring tools: calliper, tape measure, 3D measuring arm, etc.
  • Proficiency in IT tools: SAP, Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of standards: ISO 9001, IRIS.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out inspections in accordance with the Receiving Inspection Plan.
  • Accept or reject products according to inspection instructions/checklists.
  • Record inspection results in the digital tools provided.
  • Accurately document any non-conformities detected.
  • Manage non-compliance processes: create quality orders (QM), block stock, trigger actions in the ERP (GSI).
  • Use only calibrated measuring equipment.
  • Keep controlled documents and test records up to date.
  • Contribute to the drafting and updating of procedures, checklists and control plans.
  • Inform the supply chain and supplier quality department in the event of non-compliance affecting the availability of parts.
  • Provide inspection data to the Series Supplier Quality Manager for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in daily team meetings.
