Job description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inspection Coordinator to manage and support inspection activities across various client sites and projects. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of communication between clients, inspectors, and internal teams, ensuring inspections are scheduled, executed, and documented efficiently and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inspection, quality assurance, or project coordination (preferably in Oil & Gas, Engineering, or Industrial sectors).
  • Knowledge of inspection and certification standards (ISO 17020, ASME, API, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document control systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with third-party inspection or technical service companies.
  • Familiarity with ERP or inspection scheduling tools.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inspection assignments based on client requests, inspector availability, and technical requirements.
  • Maintain inspection schedules, work orders, and documentation using internal systems or ERP tools.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm inspection scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all inspectors are adequately briefed and provided with the necessary documents
  • Track ongoing inspections and follow up on pending reports and issues.
  • Review and compile inspection reports for completeness and accuracy before submission to clients.
  • Maintain records of certifications, qualifications, and performance of inspection staff.
  • Liaise with the quality and technical departments to address non-conformities or customer concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal QA/QC procedures.
  • Support audits and accreditation processes when required.
