Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The ILP Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team within the ILP (Inspection, Labelling & Packing) department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team; demonstrating leadership and maintaining high morale
  • Foster a positive “can do” attitude within the team and drive forward initiatives as requested by management
  • Develop formal training and education plans for all individuals within the team
  • Ensure team members are trained and work compliantly to all relevant SOPs
  • Ensure appropriate SOPs are in place, up to date, and accurately map the processes they detail
  • Monitor and manage Change Requests, Non-Conformances, and Protocol Deviations, ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain data integrity assessments and oversee the completion of Non Conformance reports, CAPAs, and effectiveness checks
  • Prioritize tasks and manage working schedules to ensure customer delivery dates are met while maintaining GMP requirements
  • Continuously strive for time/cost/labour reductions and process improvements, including safety and quality enhancements
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve ILP processes according to lean principles such as Visual Management, 5S, and Standard Work
