Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Inspection Scheduler to join our team in Auburn, ME. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the inspections scheduled and on track per various frequencies and assist with day-to-day operations in the inspections/service departments.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma/GED with Associate’s Degree preferred
• One to two years of experience in office admin
• Scheduling/dispatching experience a plus
• Familiarization with customer accounts
• Familiarization with types of sprinkler systems and time frames for inspections
• Good verbal communication
• Good Customer Service skills
• Exceptional computer skills
• Ability to be flexible and handle scheduling changes

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have the computer skills to run orders and reports each month
• Contact customers via phone and /or email to schedule inspections
• Maintain positive customer relationships
• Works closely with Admin in the Service & Inspection Dept. and with Inspectors/Techs
• Maintain customer and/or system information in database(s)
• May assist the Inspection Coordinator/Billing Admin or the Inspection Manager with special projects such as distribution of marketing materials, filing, payroll/time backup, renewals
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to be on the phone and computer consistently throughout the day
