Preci- Spark are looking to recruit Quality Inspectors to join our busy and fastidious team in Loughborough. This role involves inspecting a wide variety of aerospace components using a wide range of manual equipment & computer controlled equipment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Previous experience of aerospace inspection.
• Must be able to confidently interpret drawings.
• Understanding of GD&T.
• Comfortable following strict procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and methodical working practices.
• Patient and diligent.
• Highly motivated by high standards & product improvement.
• Ability to use manual inspection equipment.
• CMM & OGP inspection advantages but not essential.

Work Location: In perso

• To carry out dimensional & visual inspection of components to customer requirements.
• Utilize precision measuring tools like Calipers, Micrometer, Shadow Graph & special to product gauges.
• Carry out dimensional inspection using CMM & OGP.
• Visual Inspection of components to a very high standard.
• Use of customer drawings & specifications.
• 1st off Inspection.
• Communicate clearly & effectively results with supervision and management.
• Health, safety and environment compliance.
