Job Details Job Location: Century Casegoods Plant 1 - Hickory, NC 28601 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Position Summary: Insect product for defects, ensuring quality before product is shipped. Position Details: Inspect furniture, placing on lift if necessary Check ticket for proper information and instructions Remove all loose strings, if applicable Use air hose to blow dust/fragments off of piece if necessary Clean soiled areas using proper cleaner to remove any marks Check for bad stitching or seams Check for too small or large welt on upholstered pieces Check for flaws or scars in material Check for proper cushion fit and proper fabric match on upholstered pieces Place deck labels and proper hang tag in each piece Assemble beds to assure proper alignment Qualifications Position Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred Previous inspection/repair experience preferred Physical Requirements: The physical demands and work environment expectations described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
