Job Summary The Inspector Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our solar installations. This position is responsible for coordinating inspection schedules, communicating with inspectors, customers, and internal teams, and ensuring that all projects meet safety and performance standards. Key Responsibilities * Schedule, track, and manage inspection appointments for solar projects across multiple regions. * Communicate effectively with city and utility inspectors to ensure timely completion of inspections. * Coordinate with installation teams, project managers, and permitting departments to resolve inspection-related issues. * Review inspection reports and ensure that all corrective actions are properly documented and completed. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in project management software (Coeprniq). * Monitor project timelines and proactively address potential delays. * Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Installer Lead. * Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Qualifications * 1–3 years of experience in solar, construction, or electrical project coordination. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * Familiarity with solar installation processes and inspection requirements (a plus).
