Overview Role: Inspector (Day Shift) Contract Type: Contract or Permanent Location: Leamington Spa - On-Site Role ID: 2026 - 3292 Salary: Contractor rate £15.68 - £16.68 per hour / Permanent salary £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, plus benefits The Role This role involves working in a small team to deliver high quality transmission components, mainly for the motorsport / aerospace industries, with a right first-time philosophy. Key Competencies and Experience Strong understanding of technical drawings and geometric tolerances. Ability to interpret and inspect components from drawings and planning route cards to the highest quality and within routed timeframes. Experience using manual measuring equipment and performing table work to check parts against drawing or planning requirements. Programming experience on CMM and knowledge of Mitutoyo software would be advantageous. Demonstrates a proactive and innovative approach to team support, with a strong focus on problem solving and continuous improvement. Flexible in supporting other areas of manufacturing when required.
