Responsibilities: Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and code requirements by performing comprehensive inspection duties. This includes reviewing construction plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to ensure compliance. Conduct daily field inspections of construction sites, materials, and workmanship. Maintain detailed records of observations, measurements, and test results using appropriate documentation methods and software. Participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning activities. Identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure proper resolution. Track quality assurance progress throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and submit clear, concise, and accurate inspection reports, including daily logs, progress reports, and final inspection summaries. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: HS plus six years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. NICET II certification or the ability to become NICET II certified. Valid US Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review. Preferred Requirements: Bachelors of Science degree in a relevant field can be accepted in lieu of required NICET certifications. Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed for projects, including overnight work. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification, EIT, or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
