Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to join our team. The Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the inspection tasks throughout the duration of the construction project are completed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly meetings with the representatives of the construction project to inform on project progress and resolution of issues.
- Develop meeting minutes of all meetings held including, but not limited to, weekly construction meetings, pre-construction meetings, and others.
- Develop a daily inspection report, documenting the daily construction activities including scope of work activities, daily weather information, monitoring of resources, and others.
- Develop a monthly report encompassing the project’s activities and occurrences throughout the period.
-Process and evaluate technical documentation of the project including Submittals, Breakdown for Payments, Project Schedules, and others.
-Must have working knowledge on all construction plans and designs.
-Other tasks related to the inspection of the construction project.
Skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 programs like Word, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook Email, and others
- Management of the Report and Run
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Education
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or any field of Engineering
- Preferable: Engineer in Training (EIT) / Architect in Training (AIT) License
- OSHA 30 hours certification in the Construction Industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
