Description

Al Marwan Heavy Machinery Company is looking for a highly skilled Inspector/Inspection Engineer (Heavy Earthmoving Equipment) to join our team in Sharjah. The role involves conducting thorough inspections, diagnostics, and assessments of heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will identify faults, recommend repairs, and ensure quality assurance within the workshop.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in inspecting heavy earthmoving equipment in a workshop or service center.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnostics: Proficiency in using fault detection tools and diagnostic software.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong precision in inspections, testing, and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify faults and recommend timely repairs.
  • Safety Compliance: Strong adherence to workplace safety and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Inspect heavy earthmoving equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, graders, wheel loaders, and dump trucks, for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
  • Conduct diagnostics and root cause analysis for equipment failures and provide technical recommendations.
  • Perform functional and operational tests to verify equipment performance before and after repairs.
  • Ensure that workshop repairs comply with manufacturer guidelines and industry quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation of findings.
  • Provide technical guidance to mechanics and technicians on inspection results.
  • Assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules based on equipment assessments.
  • Verify spare parts and components for authenticity and compliance with OEM specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.
